Our Experience
At Builders First Choice LLC, we have over a decade of residential cleaning and construction quality control. We have been tasked many times over to meet specific inspection guidelines and strict deadlines. In order to deliver a quality new residential clean, we utilize top to bottom standard of procedure to ensure we exceed designated requiurements.
Our Services
We specialize in three phases of new construction cleaning.
Prep Clean- After drywall and subflooring is installed, we remove excess dust and debris to prepare for paint and floor installion.
Walk Thru Clean- Once the punch list is completed, we come in and work our magic. This is an intensive deep clean designed to get the home showroom and inspection ready.
Closing Clean- The Cherry on top! We come in one last time before the home is turned over to the new owner and tighten everything up. Removing manufacturer's stickers, washing windows, polishing faucets and knobs are just some of the services included in this phase.
